Firm Overview

Our law firm was formed in the 1990s by John Gosma and Marie Tarbox, who have the strong belief that we can best serve clients in a small-firm setting rather than at the larger firms in which we had previously been members. We now have four full-time attorneys and an experienced and capable staff.

The firm of Gosma, Tarbox & Associates possesses expertise and capabilities greater than its size might indicate. Our lawyers are experienced and sophisticated in the areas in which they practice - business law, banking law, elder law, estate planning, trust and estate administration, residential and commercial real estate, and litigation in business, probate, trust, personal injury, family law, and real estate cases.

Gosma, Tarbox & Associates attorneys focus their practice in areas in which they possess substantial experience and expertise. We have chosen not to attempt to provide services in all areas of the law. This allows us to serve our clients efficiently, and to provide the highest quality, individualized services at a reasonable cost.
