Marie Tarbox has extensive experience in estate planning, trust and probate administration, banking and business law. She is a founding partner in Gosma, Tarbox & Associates and currently concentrates her practice on estate planning, trust and estate administration, wills, probate, guardianship, conservatorship, elder law, real estate, business law and corporate law.

Born in Estherville, Iowa, she earned her B.A. in 1983 and her J.D. with distinction in 1987 from the University of Iowa. She is admitted to practice in all Iowa and Illinois state courts.

She is a member of the Scott County, Rock Island County, Iowa State, Illinois State and American Bar Associations.
